Preparation of shaped phase change cool storage paraffin based materials with different supports

摘要

首先选用液体石蜡和十八烷,制备出相变温度为16.9℃,相变潜热为124.2J/g的相变蓄冷材料,然后分别用高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚苯乙烯作基体包覆材料制备了4种石蜡复合定形相变储能材料。分析了不同支撑材料对相变温度和相变潜热的影响,并讨论了不同支撑材料中石蜡掺混比例的最大值。结果表明:高密度聚乙烯更适合做支撑材料,高密度聚乙烯与石蜡按最佳比例为3∶7。

Abstract

Paraffin wax and octadecane were firstly used to prepare a phase change cold storage material with the phase transition temperature of 16.9℃ and latent heat of phase change of 124.2J/g.Then using high density polyethylene,low density polyethylene,polypropylene,and polystyrene as matrix coating materials,respectively,four kinds of paraffin composite shaped phase change energy storage materials were prepared.The effects of different support materials on phase transition temperature and latent heat of phase change were analyzed.The maximum value of paraffin blending ratio in different support materials was discussed.The results shown that high-density polyethylene was more suitable as a support material,and the optimal ratio of high-density polyethylene to paraffin was 3∶7.
